Yoga for Mental Wellbeing runs at Addlestone Community Centre every Tuesday from 2.30pm to 3.30pm.
It’s a relaxed drop-in session for anyone with mental health problems. All skill levels are welcome and equipment is provided.
You don’t need to book or be referred. Just fill in a participant form the first time you attend.
