Yoga for Mental Wellbeing Addlestone

Yoga for Mental Wellbeing is held at the Addlestone Community Centre every Tuesday at 2.30pm to 3.30pm.
It is a fun, casual drop-in yoga session for people experiencing mental health problems. All abilities welcome and equipment is provided.
There is no need to book in advance and no need to be referred. You just need to complete a participant form if you are attending for the first time.
