Epsom Strength and Balance
Epsom Strength and Balance delivers group classes to help you improve your posture, lower body strength and balance. These classes contain a warm up, joint mobilisation, strengthening of legs and hips, balance activities and stretches. These gentle exercises help to make daily activities easier.
These classes are popular with people who want to improve their quality of life, especially people aged over 50 and people with health conditions or with a range of disabilities.
