Garden Pastimes - The Therapy Garden

Garden Pastimes is a social and therapeutic gardening group for people with Alzheimer’s disease or dementia.

Participants take part in gardening and light physical activity in a calm and supportive setting. A carer must come with you.

To join, you need a referral from:

• a dementia or Alzheimer’s charity
• your GP
