Surrey Carers Card holder highlights your caring status and allow you to access to a host of excellent discounts and offers.

You can choose from 2 types of card, both of which highlight your caring role if you are suddenly unavailable:

  • The first option simply contains the contact details of your substitute carer and is a good option if you already have a trusted second person who can step in to provide care.
  • The second option comes with a unique reference number, which enables a personalised Emergency Care Plan to kick into action, 24/7, and comes with up to 48 hours of emergency support.
