Independence at Home

Independence at Home is a charity that gives grants to people of all ages who have a physical or learning disability, or a long-term illness, and who are in financial need.

The charity can help pay for:

• mobility and disability equipment
• home adaptations
• items that make a practical and positive
• difference to daily life at home

A professional must refer you to the charity. This could be someone from health or social care, or a worker from a charity that supports you or your family.
