Survivors of Bereavement by Suicide (SOBS) Guildford

SOBS (Survivors of Bereavement by Suicide) is the only national charity in the UK that provides dedicated support to adults who have been bereaved by suicide. They offer peer-to-peer support to anyone over the age of 18 who has been affected by suicide loss.

SOBS is a self-help organisation that provides a safe, confidential space where people can share their experiences and feelings, and give and receive support from others.

They offer:

• a national telephone helpline
• an online community forum
• email support

The SOBS Guildford support group meets on the last Thursday of every month at a location in Guildford.
