OpCourage South East

Op COURAGE is the NHS mental health service. It is for veterans, reservists and anyone leaving the UK Armed Forces. It helps people who are struggling with their mental health.

You can get support with:

• low mood, anxiety or trauma

• addiction or substance use

• housing, money or work problems

• family and relationships

NHS staff who understand military life run the service. You can self-refer or ask your GP or support worker to refer you.
