Cruse Bereavement Support freephone national helpline

The helpline is staffed by trained bereavement volunteers, who offer emotional support to anyone affected by bereavement.

The volunteers are here to help you talk things through. They can also help you find your local Cruse service, or signpost you to other services and useful sources of information.

Their volunteers are completely non-judgemental and won't share what you've told them with anyone else, except in certain circumstances.
