Men's Pit Stop Epsom

Men's Pit Stop Epsom is a weekly group. It brings men together to support each other. It is a friendly space where men can talk about life's ups and downs and help each other. 

The group offers:

• support through listening and understanding
• a focus on learning from each other, not giving strict advice
• encouragement and support

Meetings last an hour but can go longer if needed. You do not have to come every week, but the group encourages taking part. Sharing challenges with the group helps people grow and strengthens the community.
