Safe Haven - Guildford

Safe Havens give out-of-ours help and support. They are for people and their carers who are feeling distressed or having a mental health crisis.

Guildford Safe Haven is open 6pm to 11pm, 365 days a year. It gives adults a safe place to go instead of A&E when they are in crisis.

To speak to someone who knows what you're going through, drop-in for peer or wellbeing support between 6pm and 8pm, daily.

There is also an online service called the Guildford - Virtual Safe Haven, which is open every day from 6pm to 11pm.
