Richmond Theatre is a live venue in Richmond-upon-Thames. It offers dementia-friendly performances and support for people with hearing or visual impairments. Wheelchair access is available at Stalls level only. The Stalls, Stalls Bar and adapted toilet are accessible. There is no lift.

The theatre provides MobileConnect, a WiFi-based hearing system. You can use the app on your smartphone or hire an iPod at the venue. Audio description is available for visually impaired visitors.

Guide dogs and hearing dogs are welcome. Please tell the Box Office when booking.

There are limited parking bays outside. Blue Badge holders can use these and the nearby Old Deer Park Car Park for an unlimited time.
