Walton Stroke Group is a social group for people recovering from a stroke. They support stroke recoverees and their carers within 10 miles of Walton.
You can share experiences, have fun and get support from a team of volunteers. Centre assistants are also there to give practical and personal care.
The group gives you a place to go each week. You can meet others in a similar situation and take part in activities, outings and events.
They offer:
- nail cutting
- shopping
- subsidised outings, holidays and events
- physio support
- lunch
- transport for people who live in the Walton and Hersham area
