Safe Place Mole Valley

Mole Valley District Council

The Safe Place scheme gives vulnerable people a short-term 'Safe Place' to go if they are feeling threatened when out and about in their local town.

If you are feeling vulnerable, members of staff at the Safe Places can:

  • provide you with a comfortable environment
  • listen to you
  • allow you to use the telephone, or contact someone on your behalf
  • provide you with a glass of water
  • allow you to use the toilet
  • in case of an emergency, call 999

You may wish to carry an "I need help" Safe Place card. You can put your emergency contacts on it, so Safe Place staff can quickly get in touch with those who may be worried about you.

For full list of safe places, visit the website.
