Community Team for People with Learning Disabilities - Aldershot

The community team helps people with learning disabilities and their families. They cover south west Surrey and north east Hampshire. They help people who find it hard to manage their health due to a learning disability and an IQ of 70 or below.
They offer:
- help to get primary and secondary health services
- health promotion
- development of healthy lifestyles
