Rendezvous Hub is a friendly and accessible space at White Lodge Centre. It's for adults with disabilities, their families and carers.

You can join in with:

  • social day activities
  • fitness and rehabilitation trips out

They offer physiotherapy and fitness sessions in specialist areas, including:

  • a neurological therapy gym
  • a fitness studio
  • a hydrotherapy pool

Time

Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm
