Samaritans is a charity that offers emotional support to anyone who is feeling distressed, finding life hard or thinking about suicide.

The service is free and available 24 hours a day, every day of the year. It supports people across East Surrey with mental health advice and a listening ear.

Support includes:

  • someone to talk to
  • information and guidance
  • outreach in prisons
  • outreach in schools

Time

24 hours a day, 364 days a year.
