Back Up Trust

Back Up is a registered charity that works to transform the lives of everyone affected by spinal cord injury.

Their services include:

  • wheelchair skills training
  • residential courses on life skills
  • support to return to work
  • support to friends and family
  • the Back Up Lounge, an online forum that meets every other Wednesday from 6pm to 7pm

Many of Back Up's volunteers and staff team have been affected by spinal cord injury and have a strong understanding of the challenges an injury can pose.
