Grow and Glow - Guildford

A woman’s only mental health support group. A place to grow, glow, listen and connect with others. Join the community to share your experiences to:

• talk about mental health challenges
• swap coping strategies

The group meets weekly on Wednesday. No need to book. Just turn up.

Each week, the group follow a simple structure: share a thorn and a rose, then enjoy a light-hearted question to end on a positive note. Tea, coffee, and cake are always provided.

There are only 2 disabled parking bays at the fire station, you must display a blue badge to park here.

Parking is available at Barker and Stonehouse (Ladymead, Guildford, GU1 1DL), located next to the Fire Station.

Please take care when walking past the Fire Station bays from the car park, as it is an operational station. The entry door can be found just past the big red bay doors.
