Grow and Glow in Guildford

Grow and Glow is a free peer support group for women. It is for women who are facing challenges, feeling overwhelmed, isolated or struggling with their mental health.

The group offers a safe and friendly place to:

• talk about mental health
• share experiences
• listen to others
• swap coping ideas
• feel less alone
• connect with other women

There is no pressure to speak. You can talk, listen or sit quietly. You do not need a diagnosis and you do not need to be in crisis to join.

The group meets every Wednesday. You do not need to book. You can just turn up.
