Express

Express is an independent user led voluntary sector organisation supporting autistic children and young people and their families. The organisation is a community interest company (CIC) which operates as a not-for-profit organisation.

Offer pre and post diagnosis support. They are not restricted by boundaries so are open to all.

The services they provide are:

• one-to-one connect sessions via zoom with our therapists for autistic children and young people
• phone and online counselling sessions
• groups including girls, teens and drama
• online support groups for example mums and dads groups
• phone call check ins to support or just for a friendly chat
