Macmillan Cancer Support

Macmillan Cancer Support is a nationally organised charity that provides emotional support and practical help to people with cancer and their families, through specially trained Macmillan nurses.

They can offer support and information on the different types of cancer, and the different stages of cancer. They host a cancer chat forum as well as offering a confidential chat service and an online community to people living with cancer and their loved ones.

They also provide day-care units and give grants for home help, run support groups, fuel bills, treatment, visiting and holidays in the UK.
