Adapt Dementia provides support and help people with dementia and those who care for them. They are here to help you find a better way to live with dementia.

Their services include:

  • Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (CST) which are fun, weekly, group sessions to help those with early-stage dementia. Currently running in Milford, Haslemere and Farnham
  • 1-2-1 support for carers both face-to-face and online
  • training for staff of residential care homes and care agencies
  • accessible training modules via their website
  • online support groups

Their classes are often held in Milford, Farnham and Haslemere.
