Fordbridge Day Centre

The Fordbridge Centre offers a wide range of activities to help keep the body and mind active, most of which are specifically tailored to older people. As well as hairdressing, day trips and much more. They offer 2 holidays a year, in spring autumn.

Activities include:

• art and bridge
• yoga
• knitting circle
• line dancing
• chair based exercises
• computer lessons

They have on-site catering facilities that offer a choice of lunchtime meals and snacks. The hot and cold food is freshly cooked and prepared each day.
