Biggin Hill Community Care Association

Biggin Hill Community Care helps older people stay active and enjoy time with others. The centre is open 3 days a week and offers short-term care to give carers a break.

Anyone who can get to the centre can join in, not just people living in Biggin Hill.

Activities include:

• a day centre on Tuesdays and Thursdays
• a lunch club on Wednesdays with a 3-course meal
• help with shopping and transport for local people
• an art room on Wednesday afternoons for all skill levels

The team supports people who feel lonely, have a disability, are in the early stages of dementia or have had a stroke. They also help carers who need a break.
