Age UK Surrey
The 10 to 3 Club offers a full day of activities with hot drinks, lunch and afternoon cake.
Activities include:
- gentle chair-based exercise
- mental agility games
- activities to promote wellbeing
There is a minibus service with escorts to help you get to and from the club.
