Young Person’s Support Group (Online) – Catalyst Support

Catalyst Support runs a weekly online group for young people aged 16 to 25. The group is for mental health support. It gives you the chance to talk with others your age who share similar challenges. It is a safe, friendly and supportive place to share and make new friends.
