Independent Health Complaints Advocacy Service

If you live in Surrey and are unhappy with NHS care, you can get free help to make a complaint.

Surrey Independent Living Charity (SILC) runs this service with Healthwatch Surrey. It is independent and easy to use. No one else will see what you say.

They can:

  • explain your rights
  • help you write your complaint
  • support you through the process
