British Red Cross Support at Home Service

This service can support you for the first 24 to 72 hours after hospital discharge. They may then provide up to 12 weeks of support depending on the level of help you need.

The Red Cross will assess your needs and help you decide what goals you want to achieve with their help.

They offer:

• help getting home
• connecting you with things to do in your community
• support with rebuilding your confidence
• help with everyday tasks like shopping or collecting your prescriptions
